Labourer​/Trainee Sign Fitter

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Our client based in Motherwell are looking for Labourer/Trainee Sign Maker/Fitter to join their team. They will be looking for someone to start on a temp to perm basis. This position will be ideal for someone with a labouring background or has previous experience working in work shop, as most of the job will be centred around the manufacturing side with a couple of days on site.

Due to the nature of the job we are looking for someone who has a valid driving licence and access to their own transport.

• Manufacturing the signs, using metal, wood and pvc
• Driving to and from sites
• Installing the signs.
• Apply vinyl sign writing to cars, vans & signs
• Conduct inspections.
• General labouring on sites.

Candidates must have good communication skills with clients and colleagues, comply with all health and safety, work to deadlines, IT literacy.

The successful applicant will be required to work outdoors in all types of weather, use ladders, scaffolding and once trained may be required to work away from home from time to time.

Full training will be given throughout.

Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:30 (1 hour for lunch).
