What’s the job?

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a typical sales job. Forget suits, ties and devoting your entire life to the showroom floor. Instead, you’ll have a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer service skills and enjoy every working day.

As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll be with customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door to offering them a great aftersales experience. The role is about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process.

You don’t need to be a car fanatic to be a Product Consultant — though we like those, too — as long as you love helping people, have energy and enthusiasm, and can rise to any challenge.

On an average day, you’ll be…

  • Helping our customers find the right car, based on what they need
  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
  • Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met and promises are kept
  • Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
