Role Overview :You will be the first point of contact for tenants and service users, providing a professional, responsive, and effective customer service experience across all communication channels. The role supports tenants with housing‑related queries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate referral, and helps maintain high levels of satisfaction and community trust.
Responsibilities:- Schedule and manage customer appointments
- Update and maintain customer records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Create service orders, invoices, and purchase orders in the system
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Track job status and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with operations
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision ERP)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast‑paced environment
- Problem‑solving and customer‑focused mindset
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
