Manufacturing Shift Manager | 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

We’re working with a well‑established manufacturing business seeking a hands‑on Shift Manager to lead production teams on a rotating 4 on / 4 off pattern.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the shop floor
, setting standards, coaching the team (15 operators), and owning safety, quality, and output during their shift.
You’ll have responsibility for:
- Leading manufacturing teams safely and effectively
- Driving Health & Safety compliance and behaviours
- Ensuring quality standards are met right‑first‑time
- Delivering production targets and managing resources
- Developing Team Leaders and operators
Experience in a regulated or high‑standards manufacturing environment is ideal.
