Role OverviewWe’re currently looking to recruit a Billing Administrator, who will be responsible for billings and control of the sales ledger. Working closely with operations and the credit control teams, you will raise invoices for goods/services supplied to customers, carry out monthly billing procedures and compile the complete overview of all billing. In this role you will proactively manage and resolve queries from internal and external customers and so we’re looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a team environment and who is both flexible and hardworking with good customer service skills.
Qualificationsand Experience
- Experience in managing the billings process
- Ability and experience in mainstream accounting systems
- Intermediate Excel skills to perform reconciliations
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- VAT knowledge would be desirable
- Excellent level of English spelling and grammar
- SSC and SAP experience would be desirable
