Purpose
To manage the total accounting function of the club and to produce accurate monthly income and expenditure/financial statements when required.
Principal Accountabilities- Communicate daily with the club manager regarding financial status of the club.
- Set standards of accuracy and quality, manage within the standards.
- Control, collect and reconcile all monies from all income centers.
- Produce monthly set of accounts relating to club’s financial position and all reports required by club manager and treasurer.
- Manage bank account, bank reconcilations and cash.
- Comply with statutory requirements on a timely basis.
- Prepare annual budget with the club manager.
- Experience with Club master is required.
