We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team. This role will involve hands-on work in the production and finishing of commercial-grade concrete. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn the craft of concrete finishing. Key Responsibilities
:
- Concrete Production
:
Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for large commercial projects, including floors, walls, and foundations. - Mixing & Pouring
:
Assist with the mixing of concrete ingredients to ensure proper consistency and pour ability, following project specifications. - Surface Preparation
:
Smooth and level freshly poured concrete, preparing surfaces for additional treatments, including polishing or stamping. - Tool Operation
:
Use hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers) and power tools (power trowels, grinders) to achieve desired finishes. - Material Handling
:
Transport and organize materials to the job site, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available. - Teamwork
:
Collaborate with other workers, including finishers, foremen, and laborers, to ensure smooth project workflow and on-time completion. - Quality Assurance
:
Assist in inspecting finished concrete surfaces for defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments. - Safety Compliance
:
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
:
Previous experience in concrete work or construction is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
:
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather.
:
Ability to perform quality checks on the concrete surface and ensure that finishes meet required specifications.
:
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.

Must adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear.
