Sunstates Security is currently hiring a full-time Security Lead Officer in the Pascagoula, MS area. 1st and 2nd shifts are available. This position offers a pay rate of $21.50/hr, paid weekly.

• We are seeking candidates with Government Secret Clearance.

• 3+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods
• Must have Secret Clearance
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Ability to mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information clearly in writing

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
