A typical day in this role includes:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline-powered equipment of all sizes.

• Inspect returned equipment for damage and perform necessary repairs or servicing.

• Perform scheduled maintenance, annual inspections, and turnaround services as needed.

• Operate and test equipment (over 10,000 lbs) to verify performance and safety.

• Look up and order parts accurately
  ; track labor and materials used for repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with customers, service, and rental teams to ensure equipment is rent‑ready.

• Stay flexible and responsive to daily workflow and customer demands.

You're a reliable, safety‑minded technician with strong mechanical skills and a desire to do quality work.

Top candidates will have:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience working on construction or heavy equipment,
  gas and diesel, small and large sized equipment
  .

• Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains
  .

• Ability to multi‑task, work independently, and prioritize effectively
  .

• A clean driving record (violation‑free for the past 3 years).

• A personal set of hand tools for general repair and maintenance tasks.

• Flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs or more multiple times per day.

• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism
