New Home Sales Consultant – Simplicity by Hayden Homes

We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star. This role will oversee sales in Wenatchee, WA, Moses Lake, WA, and surrounding areas. The position is remote but requires regular in‑person appointments in the listed cities.

• Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years of professional sales and/or customer service experience, ideally in mortgage, construction, or build‑on‑your‑lot real estate.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
• Background check required.
• Availability to work on job sites and in the field, including weekends.

• Provide unparalleled customer service and guide customers through the home‑building journey.
• Meet with potential buyers and assess land suitability for building a Simplicity Home.
• Collaborate with customers, senior project managers, and jurisdictional authorities to verify buildability.
• Accurately document information in the contract and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase local brand awareness and generate leads.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and present quarterly business plans to builder partners.

• Annual base salary $24,000–$48,000 plus uncapped commissions (Earning Potential $80,000–$100,000).
