We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to step into a leadership role in our Moses Lake store. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience during your shift for both crew and customers.

• Lead and supervise all crew activities during your shift.
• Ensure consistent adherence to all Domino’s policies and procedures.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Schedule staffing, complete paperwork, and maintain product quality.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Organize delivery operations, including route planning and timeliness.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for accurate change handling and sales transactions.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and telephone skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with computer keyboard or touch‑screen order entry.
• Capacity to navigate delivery routes, including climbing multi‑story buildings.

• Pay range: $16.66 – $22.00 per hour.

• Standing most of the shift on ceramic tile or linoleum flooring.
• Walking distances between store, vehicle, and delivery locations.

• Regular stooping, bending, and reaching above 72 inches.
• Driving or operating a personal vehicle for delivery purposes.
