- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,980 - $2,080 per week
Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (Associate or BSN)
- Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain) — Washington State RN required for travel RN roles
- Healthcare Provider level BLS (AHA or equivalent) within 30 days of hire
- PEARS (AHA Pediatric Advanced Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) certification to be obtained within 12 months and renewed every 2 years, if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in acute care, Medical/Surgical, or Med/Surg nursing
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation and common clinical technologies
- Ability to meet physical requirements: frequent standing, walking, lifting; emotional resilience in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Provide direct patient care to adult Med/Surg patients using the nursing process and evidence-based clinical practices
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document care accurately in EMR
- Delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of other caregivers and ancillary staff
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, discharge planning, medications, and post-hospital care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment while adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Demonstrate core values of listening, compassion, respect, excellence, and innovation in all patient interactions
- May serve as Charge Nurse on weekend night shifts—assist with admissions, discharges, assignment delegation, and staff support
- Engage in ongoing professional development and required training to maintain clinical competencies
