Function as both a caregiver and care manager, providing hands-on patient care while leading a team of caregivers.

Utilize sound judgment and critical thinking skills to prioritize patient care and respond to emergencies.

* Essential Functions:
** - Conduct thorough assessments and document findings accurately in electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, fostering strong relationships built on trust.
- Function as a Charge Nurse when needed, coordinating admissions, discharges, and staff coverage.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

* Qualifications:
** - Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a current Washington State RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience in acute care nursing preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients safely.
