Position OverviewWe are seeking a committed and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, compassion, and professionalism to the role, providing direct nursing care while overseeing CNAs and LPNs to ensure our residents receive the best possible support.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise evening shift nursing staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold care quality
- Communicate with families and caregivers to update on resident health
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Active and unrestricted RN license [in State]
- Previous experience in long-term care, memory care, or a secured facility strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and emotionally rewarding environment
