Shift: 2:30 pm–10:30 pm, 2 days on, 1 day off. Full‑time, contract, temporary. In‑office, Moses Lake, WA, United States.

• Provide direct patient care and support to ensure optimal health outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance.

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Proven ability to administer medications safely and effectively.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Track record of achieving performance targets and goals.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
• Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using healthcare technology and electronic documentation.
