Our Quincy Medical Department is seeking an energetic, experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Medical team! As a team player you will provide excellent customer service while performing administrative and clerical tasks. The candidate must exhibit a positive attitude and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Check-in pre-registered, new, and established patients.

Gather and enter demographic information accurately into the Electronic Medical Record system.

Answer calls and route them to the appropriate departments.

Provide excellent service information and support to patients and colleagues on the phone and in person.

Accurately schedule appointments with the appropriate provider, time, length, and type.

Contribute to continuity of patient care by making recall and outreach calls.

Requirements

Possesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a business school (non BA/BS) or associates degree type program.

Bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English preferred but not required.
