Big Bend Community College (BBCC) invites applications for an Educational Planner to facilitate enrollment and success of BEdA students enrolled in Open Doors, High School completion, GED, HEP, and/or English Language Acquisition (ELA) related classes.

Full‑time, grant‑and‑contract funded position, reporting to the BEdA Site Manager. Position schedule: 10 제공 30 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing evening services at Othello, Warden, and Moses Lake sites.

• Respond to BEdA program inquiries, providing appropriate information to prospective, current, and returning students and/or parents on the graduation and enrollment requirements.
• Provide intake services to new students, including program eligibility screening, orientation, academic advising, registration, and barrier assessment services. Registration, testing and informational events may occur during the evening or on weekends.
• Complete transcript and prior learning credit evaluations to determine required coursework and credential requirements.
• Interact with parents and school district personnel as required by specific programs.
