Pay Range

Competitive yearly salary ranging between $138,000 - $160,000 based on experience plus monthly wRVU bonus potential

Enjoy lake living at its best in sunny and family friendly Moses Lake, Washington. Our Family Medicine team consists of seven Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed. Enjoy the work of patient care in a small-town setting while benefiting from ready access to the resources and support of a large, regional healthcare employer.

• Standard four-day work week
• Outpatient phone call only, 1:6 weeks, nurse triaged
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 16-20 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m.

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of four years longitudinal experience
• Comfortable with full age-range of patients
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Provider who wants to reside in Grant County, Washington
