Position Overview
A thriving healthcare group in central Washington is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its busy, multi-specialty clinic in Moses Lake. This is a full-time opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine with strong team support, competitive compensation, and excellent work-life balance in one of Washington s most welcoming communities.
Position Highlights
Join a collaborative team of 6 physicians, 1 PA, and 1 NP in a high-volume family medicine clinic.
Flexible schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week.
Manageable call schedule: phone call only, 1 in 6 weeks.
Diverse patient population with a heavy pediatrics practice.
Perform common procedures including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women s health.
Average patients per shift.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive first-year salary: $308,281 $ 333,277, plus RVU bonus potential.
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice, and retirement with employer match.
Generous paid time off plus CME allowance and relocation assistance.
Signing bonus available for qualified candidates.
Loan repayment support may be available.

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician.
