This position is the face of the business, the link between our amazing customers and amazing technicians.
Responsibilities- Greeting customers as they enter the business.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Plan ahead for the next business day.
- Order parts and supplies.
- Build estimates.
- Advise customers of recommended services and needs.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Maintain clean and tidy work environment.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY this position is the hub of the operation.
