Simler Solutions LLC is hiring a skilled Construction Technician (Level II–III) to join our growing team.

We perform full residential remodels and full commercial construction work. This role is ideal for:

• A strong Technician II ready to step into greater independence and responsibility
• An experienced Technician III who can run projects with minimal oversight

We are looking for professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, communicate clearly, and represent our company with integrity.

• Perform high-quality residential and full commercial construction and remodel work
• Complete framing, decks, siding, doors/windows, trim, drywall, and finish carpentry
• Diagnose and troubleshoot job-site issues
• Communicate scope changes and job updates proactively
• Follow project scopes while protecting quality and timelines
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Represent Simler Solutions professionally with clients and subcontractors
• Run projects independently (for Technician III candidates)
• Anticipate job‑site challenges
• Mentor junior technicians when appropriate
• Make sound field decisions that protect margin and quality

• 3–5+ years residential and/or commercial construction experience
• Strong carpentry and general construction skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working on two‑story buildings and ladders
• Ability to lift materials and safely operate power tools
• Valid driver’s license

• Technician II: $24 – $26/hr
• Company vehicle & fuel card (based on role and fit)
• Paid holidays
• Company‑provided uniforms & winter coat
