Building Maintenance, Maintenance Worker
The Painter I or II position works in Campus Services providing painting and building support to their assigned area. This role reports to Campus Services, the largest unit in Auxiliary Services, and works primarily in the residence halls and multi-use facilities (Idaho Student Union Building, ICCU Arena, PF1CU Kibbie Dome and others). This role is critical in ensuring güven all buildings in Campus Services look their best and provide a welcoming environment for the students, staff, and community members who utilize our services.
Position Overview Painter IThis position maintains and improves facilities throughout campus by preparing and painting interior and exterior building components, furniture and floors.
This is an essential position that will be called upon in the event of an emergency and/or university closure.
Duties may include:
- Patch, clean and prepare all wall surface types
- Prepare work site to protect surrounding surfaces
- Mud and tape sheetrock in new kojuğuvacksenger_blank_3x
