The Digital Marketing Technician drives brand growth through various indirect marketing activities. This role supports overall business with creative and strategic input across media channels, takes an active role in asset creation (graphic design, copywriting, content distribution), and identifies opportunities to streamline all indirect marketing using agentic AI tools. Reports to the Brand Director.

DescriptionResponsibilities- E-commerce:
Administer and optimize the company website using Shopify (product pages, landing pages, content updates) and supporting applications or plug-ins for the customer website experience - Email and SMS Text:
Craft and execute email marketing strategies, including segmented campaigns, newsletters, SMS-text messaging and automated customer flows in Attentive - Product Announcements:
Support campaign asset creation with the media team for product releases (new gun support, existing generations, other products) and brand partnerships across digital marketing channels (Instagram, You Tube, X, etc.) - Collaborate closely with media team, operations, and customer service on cross-functional initiatives
- Explore and experiment emerging agentic AI tools to automate repetitive creative tasks and optimize creative workflows
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and documentation for repeatable processes
- Website and digital content updates provide high value and rich experiences for customers, followers/subscribers and potential customers
- Product Releases and cross-functional initiatives go as planned with an objective to steward the needs and desires of customers
- Marketing systems remain accurate, documented, and optimized for scale
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure all digital touchpoints integrate the brand consistently
- Believe that focus, discipline, and continuous improvement where it matters are the foundation of operational excellence
- Are able to immerse yourself and connect the dots between our brand attributes and the needs/desires of our customers

- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce for B2C/D2C brands (tactical or outdoor industry preferred)
- Have proficiency in social media management, graphic design, digital advertising platforms, CRM/email automation systems, and e-commerce Content Management Systems (CMS), Shopify and/or Attentive experience is a strong plus)
