This practice welcomes seasoned Optometrists and new graduates who can explore mentorship opportunities within their practice, which emphasizes surgical co-management and ocular disease. As part of a non-corporate, team-focused environment, you will find a culture that values collaboration and teamwork. This practice is supported by a robust team of technicians and front office staff, ensuring a seamless workflow and comprehensive support.
Additionally, you will have the chance to work with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment at both of their locations, enhancing your professional experience.
- Work with modern diagnostic and treatment equipment at both locations
- Collaborate within a non-corporate, team-focused environment with technicians and front office support
- Engage in mentorship opportunities and surgical co-management and ocular disease care
- Provide comprehensive eye care and thorough eye exams in alignment with practice specialties
- Base salary of $125,000 to $155,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections
- Signing Bonus: A $10,000 signing bonus is available (tied to a 1-year commitment)
- Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD
- Benefits Package:
Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend call
- Enjoy a work-life balance with no weekend hours and flexible scheduling
- Full-time (4-5 days/week) preferred, but part-time options are available
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Willingness to practice full-scope optometry
