10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W-2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers based in Morton, IL, for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets. Routes primarily serve locations east of Interstate 35. This entry-level role is intended for recent CDL graduates and drivers with limited experience; qualified candidates are supported through a paid training program and assigned mentors. Drivers operate assigned late‑model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors - Typical freight:
No‑touch dry van; approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Stable, year‑round freight and consistent schedules
- Paid training program for new CDL graduates who meet the 120‑hour training requirement (fully paid three‑ to five‑week program as appropriate)

- Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers are also encouraged to apply
- Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation
- Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screening
