• Average annual pay: $80,400.00
• Top drivers earn $110,000+
• Pick your pay: option to choose between hourly or miles & stops
• Starting pay is based on experience

• Hourly option
  • Average hourly pay rate: $23.39
  • Overtime pay after 50 hours
• Miles & stops option
  • Average 67 CPM
  • Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded
  • Average of 2,300 miles weekly
  • Stop pay
    • Drop & hook: $8.70 per stop
    • Customer drop & hook: $12.36 per stop
    • Live load & unload: $24.72 per stop
  • Average of 11 stops weekly
• Additional Pay:
  Overnight pay: $32.00
• Bonuses:
  • $2,000 Driver referral bonus:
    Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed
  • $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers
  • Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks
  • 2-3 year replacement cycle
• All trucks are automatic transmission
• Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise
• ELD equipped with Samsara system
• Forward facing camera

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in last 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius:
  Drivers must live within 60 miles of Morton, IL or be willing to relocate for this position
