Primary Job FunctionTo install and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high‑quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
Work Hours7:00 am with an hour lunch and overtime as needed.
Reports toService Manager
Pay Scale$29 – $40 per hour, plus benefits listed below.

- Valid driver’s license
- Insurable driving record
- Basic customer service skills
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
- NATE certification
- 3+ years of experience
- Possess required tools
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of sheet metal
- Basic understanding of refrigeration
