Production Welder

Now hiring Welders in Morton, IL. Immediate openings available on 2nd shift!

Trillium Staffing has multiple openings for Production Welders. Your duties will primarily include MIG welding on a variety of larger components. Overhead welding will be involved.

Welding positions are available on 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12am, Monday - Friday. Shift times can vary based on your assigned department and production demands. Pay is tiered based on skill level and will be determined by a pre-employment weld test; it ranges from $23.19 - $26.13/hour for 1st shift. 2nd shift offers an additional $2/hour shift differential. Training will be on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.

These positions are full time and temp-to-hire. Upon company hire, a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications
-3+ years of welding experience
-Advanced blueprint reading
-Must provide weld gear and basic tools
