Lead Janitor (Bilingual) – GDI Integrated Facility Services
Join our team as a Lead Janitor (Bilingual) and play a key role in maintaining clean, safe facilities across our US and Canada operations. You will lead janitorial staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards and a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Working ScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: OFF
- Lead and train janitorial staff in the building.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, common areas; dusting and trash removal.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work with other crew members.
- Must listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Steel-toed shoes required where applicable.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
