Schedule: On-site, Weekend Coverage

Rate:42-46 an hr

Duration: 12 months

Option 1 – Preferred:

Three Saturdays per month
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Additional hours available PRN

Option 2:

Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Additional hours available PRN

As a Occupational Health Nurse
, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing services for employee illness and injury
• Work independently with significant clinical and administrative autonomy
• Support emergency response onsite
• Serve as the liaison between the facility and Corporate Medical
• Assist with HR, EHS, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, OSHA compliance, and wellness initiatives
• Perform DOT drug testing, fit‑for‑duty assessments, and mandated surveillance exams
• Maintain clinic operations, documentation, metrics, and new hire orientation materials
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a role where your expertise directly supports workplace safety, productivity, and employee health.

RN license (Illinois, unencumbered)

• 3+ years direct patient care experience
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical‑thinking skills
  
  Ability to work independently within established protocols
• Current CPR certification
• Reliability and commitment to scheduled weekends
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
