POSITION – (Box) Truck Driver

Job Summary

The Truck Driver will be working with Materials Management to coordinate and transport materials to and from outside operations vendors, external suppliers, domestic customers ensuring safe and timely deliveries in addition to providing shop assistance in various areas of Production, Conventional and Assembly as time permits.

• Works with Materials Management to establish daily pickup and delivery routes.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance performing daily checks on the Company's Truck.
• Loads and Unloads truck complying with all safe work practices, policies and processes.
• Provides verification of all transport paperwork for accuracy.
• Occasionally performs shop operations in the areas of Production and Light Assembly.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience driving box trucks for companies ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
• Must have a current valid driver license with no disqualifying traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Experience in loading and unloading skids using hand and electronic pallet jacks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
