Compensation
: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (paid based on skills and experience).

• Start each shift prepared with a clean and organized dish area
• Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists

• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
• Remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area

• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready
• Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate kitchen needs

• Take pride in running the heart of the restaurant smoothly
• Help create a clean and welcoming environment for guests and teammates

• Go beyond cleaning by helping with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
• Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition

• At least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
