Warehouse Operator
Responsible for handling and management of finished products from production lines to warehouse storage and fulfilling customer orders.
Responsibilities- Palletization: transportation of finished products from production lines to the warehouse for storage and/or orders.
- Operation of powered material handling equipment (PMHE) to move, store, load, and unload hazardous finished products.
- Physically pick, assemble, and load customer orders (LTL or small package systems) of multiple products in multiple sized containers.
- Computer processing of inventory controls, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information.
- Clean and/or assist with cleaning spills.
- Knowledge of basic computer functions.
- Knowledge of basic warehousing functions.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to be licensed to operate PMHE.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work in a wide range of climates.
- Ability to work in a safe manner.
- Ability to work in a self-managed environment.
- Ability to work occasional overtime or other assigned schedule determined by the manager.
- Basic SAP knowledge (troubleshooting managed by the Product Distribution Technicians).
