This is not a design role. Extensive CAD or design experience and advanced degrees are not required.

• The Change Coordinator manages Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs) from start to finish, ensuring accurate engineering data updates and clear communication across teams.
• This role focuses on change management and project coordination, not product design.

• Own and manage ECRs through the full approval and implementation process using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)
• Lead weekly change meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross‑functional teams
• Support engineering data accuracy, part lifecycle updates, and documentation
• Follow up on projects and products in the factory as needed (up to 2x per week; PPE required)

• Previous Change Coordinator experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong project management and change management experience
• Hands‑on experience with PLM systems;
  Windchill highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Exposure to engineering documentation, BOMs, or manufacturing environments
• Experience working with cross‑functional or global teams
