This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Sales Manager located in Morrow, GA. As a Leasing Sales Manager, you will oversee leasing activities, manage tenant relations, and ensure timely occupancy for properties. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing leasing operations, monitoring sales performance, training leasing team members, developing strategies to attract potential residents, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.

You will also collaborate with other departments to optimize property management and sales success.

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, and property management
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate leasing staff
• Proficiency in using property management software and tools
• Familiarity with market trends and competitive strategies in the real estate sector
• Ability to create and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on-site and during non-standard hours as needed
