  • Evaluate donor reactions occurring at the facility as outlined in the SOPs and follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies, including development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
  • Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance concerning unacceptable findings or medical/technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
  • Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
  • Manage employee incidents and determine if further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER, referencing EHS guidance.
  • Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats in the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
