Description
This is a full time position with a reputable company. We offer competitive wages with excellent benefits.
Reports directly to the Maintenance Director on site.
The Maintenance Assistant position will be in a skilled nursing setting and is responsible for assisting Director with daily general and preventative maintenance, maintaining grounds, completing daily maintenance logs, and customer service.
Help maintain well-organized and properly stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
Occasionally pick up parts needed for general maintenance.
Active drivers license and current auto insurance required.
Salary: $18.20 per hour to startBenefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Participate in on-call emergency when needed.

Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
