Accounts Receivable Associate

The Accounts Receivable Associate communicates directly with the client, as well as with the client's Account Manager and Client Success Manager, to ensure timely payments and assists in solving client billing issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Contact clients via phone and email to collect on past due balances while maintaining detailed notes of each communication in relevant business systems

* Solve client billing issues

* Manage the shared accounts receivable email box and answer inbound phone calls on the accounts receivable line

* Issue client refunds when due

* Other duties as assigned

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

* Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 3 additional years of account receivable experience

* The ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and allocate time to tasks, activities, and responsibilities optimizing productivity, and meeting and balancing competing demands in an efficient manner

* The ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments

* The ability to read, write and communicate data in context, including an understanding of data sources and constructs, analytical methods and techniques, and the ability to describe the use case, application and resulting value

* The ability to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received
