Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds, to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, reporting concerns according to site procedures.;
Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol records, and communicate relevant updates to the next shift and/or site leadership.
