We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing organization and time‑management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

• Starting pay $13.10 per hour; increases to $13.80 after 6 months and $14.50 after 1 year.

This route will service the following retail locations: 1001 Shiloh Glenn Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560; 4093 Davis Dr; 1025 Cargo Dr Unit 2401 and 1025 Airside Dr Ste 2401.

Average weekly hours: 8 hours, potentially increasing to 18 hours around holidays.

• Ideal candidate available during daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
• Availability for additional days and extended hours leading up to major holidays.

• Service stores on assigned route: merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying products, maintaining backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate questions or concerns regarding service or schedules to management.
• Work in fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
• Assist with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using company‑issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

No experience necessary; training provided.

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation (routes have multiple retail locations).
• Reliable internet access for job information and updates.
• Technological competency to learn and use company tablet.
• Willingness to meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends and days around major holidays.

Work on sales floor and back stockroom; lift, pull, push, carry up to 40 pounds; stand, walk, stoop, squat; use stepstool as needed.
