HVAC Technician; Drug Manufacturing

We are looking for an HVAC Specialist who views infrastructure not just as a series of machines, but as the heartbeat of a life-saving manufacturing facility.

Salary and Schedule

Salary: $48 - $51 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours:

8 AM – 5 PM

Education:

Associate

Operates and maintains HVAC systems and associated equipment for all facilities located at the DS site. Performs corrective and preventative maintenance on:

• VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow)
• Air Handling Unit(s) (AHU(s))
• Walk-in cold rooms
• Reach-in refrigerators and freezers (repairs and efficiency)
• Exhaust fans
• Fume and laminar flow hoods
• Filtration

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 25 lbs

Skills

• Mechanical Maintenance
• Walk-in Cold Rooms (2 years of experience is required)
• Air Handling Units (AHU) (2 years of experience is required)
• Variable Refrigerant Flow (2 years of experience is required)
• Exhaust fans (2 years of experience is required)
• Fume and laminar flow hoods (2 years of experience is required)
• Filtration
• HVAC Technician (3 years of experience is required)
• Biotech (2 years of experience is required)
• HVAC License
