• Provide strategic leadership for accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
