** The Role**:
The Sr. Director, Electric Product Management leads Xylem’s Electric strategy, driving profitable growth and innovation across global product lines. This role owns the full product lifecycle — from roadmap definition to market launch and end-of-life — while ensuring customer-centric solutions and industry leadership. As a highly visible leader, you will represent Xylem’s vision externally, foster a culture of innovation internally, and deliver measurable impact to communities across North America.
** Responsibilities:
**** Strategy & Roadmap
*** Define and execute global product strategy and roadmap.
* Lead a high-performing team in developing positioning, value propositions, and launch plans.
* Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product development priorities.
** Growth & Profitability
*** Develop pricing strategies and margin targets.
* Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.
* Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
** Lifecycle Management
*** Oversee product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation.
* Identify value engineering opportunities and optimize product lines.
* Ensure timely, well-resourced product launches with supporting materials.
** Brand & Market Presence
*** Represent Xylem at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
* Drive thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and internal and external communications.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to build compelling value propositions.
** Leadership & Culture
*** Inspire and develop a high-performing team
* Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
* Drive industry confidence as a key senior leader of Xylem Electric

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
* Proven leadership experience in product management, electric utilities or related fields.
* Strong background in pricing, lifecycle management, and competitive analysis.
* Experience with AI-driven integration or digital transformation.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams across North America; up to 35% travel required.*#LI-JO2
