Join Lenovo's Global Marketing team as the Lenovo Creator Global Community Manager - the architect, strategist, and authentic voice of the Lenovo Creator Community. This role is perfect for someone who understands the craft, challenges, and culture of content creation from the inside, while also having the strategic capabilities to scale a global community platform. You'll own the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of our creator community, designing programs that inspire participation, foster authentic connections, and position Lenovo as the essential partner for content creators worldwide.
You'll be the face of our community, connecting directly with members through various content formats, testing product features, and building the viral moments that make creators want to be part of our ecosystem.

- Implement creator-focused community programs and incentive structures that grow membership, increase retention, and foster daily engagement for Lenovo Creator Community members globally
- Develop comprehensive strategies to engage content creators across various content types (video, photography, streaming, design, gaming), niches, and platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitch, Linked In, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)
- Ideate and lead new engagement strategies that generate viral excitement, word‑of‑mouth growth, and organic community expansion
- Serve as the key voice and face of the Lenovo Creator Community with members via content such as written announcements, video updates, live streams, social posts, and community communications
- Host community events, AMAs, live sessions, and digital gatherings that build genuine connections with members
- Showcase member stories, spotlight exceptional work, and amplify creator voices across community channels
- Engage directly with community members to build relationships and understand their needs
- Oversee community moderation standards and content policy/strategy direction for user‑generated content in addition to official Lenovo brand resources
- Develop and enforce community guidelines that foster positive, inclusive, and productive creator spaces
- Manage moderation team and tools to ensure safe, brand‑appropriate community environments
- Engage with creator‑focused internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, PR, Social, and eCommerce to surface Lenovo Creator Community user‑generated content and programs in new spaces across owned & operated Lenovo channels
- Identify opportunities to showcase user‑generated content across Lenovo's digital ecosystem (website, social, email, retail, events)
- Connect the Lenovo Creator Community with key external Lenovo brand partners to generate exciting collaboration opportunities that appeal to community members and creators
- Build internal advocacy for the creator community, ensuring it's integrated into broader marketing and product strategies
