Senior Product Manager – Clinical Attrition Risk & Engagement

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Lead the development of the Clinical Attrition Risk & Engagement predictive model.
  • Align executive, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering stakeholders on product vision, priorities, and trade‑offs.
  • Work with Data Science, Engineering, and UX to design the scoring engine, risk stratification dashboards, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Partner with other solutions and third‑party vendors to define telemetry requirements, data contracts, and signal taxonomy.
  • Collaborate on model development, leakage prevention, calibration, bias checks, and ongoing retraining; publish model cards & change logs.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to build trust and credibility.
  • Use market sizingetsk (TAM, SAM) and competitive analysis to identify high‑value opportunities; create financial models for investment decisions.
  • Formulate and test hypotheses through customer insights, data analysis, and experimentationuridad for decision‑making.
  • Lead discovery through qualitative and quantitative research to uncover customer pain points.
  • Track product metrics—retention, activation, engagement, revenue impact—and analyze trends for insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX to break down problems into iterative solutions and milestones, balancing short‑term and long‑term priorities.
  • Provide market context and define clear, measurable outcomes for cross‑functional teams.
  • Translate detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
  • Facilitate demos for technical and business stakeholders; create product documentation (release notes, FAQs, Launch Briefs).
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop commercialization strategies and adoption plans.
  • Define release criteria, instrumentation plans, and success metrics to ensure product quality and measurable impact.
  • Conduct post‑launch analysis and iterate to improve product performance.
  • Mentor teammates and enhance product management best practices.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
  • Track record of delivering analytics/ML informed products in workforce/HCM or clinical operations.
  • Data & ML literacy and hypothesis‑driven experimentation.
  • Experience integrating HRIS, scheduling, LMS, and compliance systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions to business problems, assess risks, and prioritize based on data.
  • Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and leaders.
  • Agile development experience, UX, and customer discovery.
  • Feature‑and‑business planning, and go‑to‑market experience for new products.
  • Understanding of internal functions such as sales, engineering, and marketing.
  • Knowledge of contemporary technologies applicable to healthcare business problems.
  • Self‑starter, can‑do attitude, results‑driven across cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; proven meeting facilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and influence.
  • Capability to evaluate and prioritize Generative AI use cases aligned with user needs and platform strategy.
  • 9+ years of product management experience in SaaS and/or healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
  • Degree in computer science, technical discipline, or healthcare specialty.
