Lenovo's CTO Organization is seeking a Senior Engineer, AI Infrastructure to pioneer energy‑efficient computing across heterogeneous GPU/CPU clusters and data center environments. In this role, you will lead R&D and build production‑grade power monitoring and predictive analytics solutions that optimize AI workloads end‑to‑end—from hardware manufacturing considerations through data center operations—reducing environmental impact while improving performance. You'll collaborate with worldwide cross‑functional teams to translate research outcomes into commercial products, applying expertise in HPC, DCIM/Linux kernel development, workload characterization, and energy‑efficiency optimization.

• Conduct cutting‑edge research on energy‑efficient management of heterogeneous computing clusters.
• Build power monitoring, predictive analytics and energy‑efficient software solutions for AI Infra.
• Work closely with cross‑functional worldwide teams, transfer R&D outcomes into commercial products and solutions.

• Data center operation or AI infra monitoring.
• DCIM or Linux kernel software developer background.
• High Performance Computing (HPC).
• GPU/CPU energy efficiency optimization.
• AI tasks energy efficiency and optimization.
• AI Workload characterization and performance analysis.

• A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Sustainable Computing.
• Direct experience with NVIDIA GPU software stacks.
• Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for tackling complex, open‑ended challenges.
