Culture Engagement Coordinator

As a Culture Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing our culture strategy, fostering an entrepreneurial, innovative, high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Responsibilities
Understand the organization’s cultural values and priorities aligned with business objectives and support the implementation of the comprehensive culture transformation plan.
Plan and implement a variety of culture engagement activities to foster entrepreneurship and innovation, including Big Bang Forums, Innovation Series, Global Innovation Hackathons, etc.
Support culture story collection and promotion, annual corporate culture award selection process, and award celebration activities.
Collaborate across geographies and organizations to support culture transformation and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience in culture transformation or organizational development, with a preference for managing cultural or change management programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and learning agility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency or transferable skills using project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global and dynamic environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of global culture, work setting and inclusion best practices.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin/Chinese speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
