Overview
Large managed care company is looking for a Pharmacy Clerk with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
WORK LOCATION: 140 Southcenter Ct, Ste 600, Morrisville, NC 27560
PAY: $20.00
CONTRACT DATES: CONTRACT TO HIRE
HOURS: M-F 8am-4:30pm, every 4th Saturday
Responsibilities- Monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and using computerized inventory programs to maintain accuracy and achieve target levels
- Placing orders for new supplies based on established order points and pharmacy needs
- Checking received goods against purchasing records and properly stocking and organizing medications
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies, coordinating the removal or disposal of expired or damaged medications, and communicating shortages to wholesaler
- Manage all recalls and returns
- Assisting with floor operations (filling prescriptions)
- High school/GED or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician license in NC
- Previous pharmacy experience
