Job SummaryTherapist work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, provide assessment, therapeutic services, and occasional case management to individuals, groups, families, and couples (including individuals with co-occurring disorders). Work will be via telehealth and face to face with some portion on site in community settings and/or at consumer’s home. Therapist is responsible for keeping up to date clinical documentation, including service notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
Education/ExperienceRequired:
- Completed or in progress applicable Master’s Degree
- Roster-eligible in Vermont for Allied Mental Health
