The ASM will need to have excellent communication skills, and be highly organized.
Responsibilities- daily running of the studio
- organizing grass roots events in the community
- team meetings and monthly goal planning sessions
- team schedule
- executing monthly marketing plans
Base hourly pay plus monthly bonus
